Hawkins-Carroll Family Cemetery
This is a small family cemetery. The right side is the Hawkins family side. The left side is the Carroll side. There are a total of 9 people here. 8 headstones. 7 single stones and one double stone. It is approximately 200 yards off the right hand side of Flemingtown Road. The old Hawkins home is directly across the road from cemetery. The Cemetery located in the woods on land that once belonged to Benjamin Hawkins, son of Philemon and Delia Hawkins. Only three marked graves in the cemetery: Col. Philemon Hawkins, wife Delia Hawkins and son Col. Joseph Hawkins. Cemetery is not maintained and will overgrow with vegetation. --- 27 Jan 2015
