Matilda Mayhak Death Certificate
Death Certificate for Matilda Mayhak - it appears to say her parents were F. and Matilda Kleppinn from Germany. (Now we have yet another variation of her maiden name. Minnie's DC says it's Clapper. Guess we need a tie-breaker...) Thanks to Bonnie S for giving me a copy.
