Notes after transcription: The original will can be seen on https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1951-20805-38643-69?cc=1875188&wc=MMY3-MB9:1166942159 1. I attempted to retain all original spelling and punctuation. If I was unsure of a word I put it in parentheses with my guess at the spelling. 2. Other transcribers have seen "blushing" stud colt. I saw "bluish in stud colt". An Internet search shows there is such a thing as a bluish horse so I kept what I saw. 3. Polly married Randal Litsey (1770 – 1849). This document shows "Randle (L-i-t-c-h-i-n-g)" but the final probate 28 June 1849 shows Randy Litsey.
